Shipping and delivery timing
Off-the-shelf orders will be delivered within 48 hours.
For orders subjected to craftworking shipping timing could vary, generally estimated 10 working days, however the buyer, before making an order, must previously verify from the seller the effective delivery timing.

Shipping and delivery with GLS (EXPRESS COURIER)
ANONYMOUS deliveries and IdentiPIN service (on explicit order) with express courier GLS:
an high value service, for the purpose to saveguarding your deliveries so that only the recipient can take delivery the goods. The sender previously provides a PIN to the recipient (though SMS or email).
The delivery can be completed only inserting the PIN on the GLS palmtop. Those, who don’t know the PIN can’t receive the package. IdentiPIN makes your deliveries more personal and safe.
Benefits:
• Only the designed recipient is authorized to accept the delivery.
• Only the sender and the recipient know the PIN.
• Without PIN, or after three incorrect insert attempts, delivery can’t be completed.
Delivery process is highly safe.
You can make use of the service by paying an addition of 0,50 €.
When you confirm an order please insert the right address, with a phone number, recevied by the courier.

Standard delivery impossible
If due to eccedent sizes, timing or other causes it can’t be possible to ship with this type of formula, we can evaluate together the best way to send goods.
Generally there are 2 ways, and both have a cost addition, at your own expense.
- If the order includes many small products it’s possible to carry on 2 or more standard deliveries.
- If the product is actually too big or heavy we can take into consideration other ways of delivery.
Other requests
Further requests must be explicity requested by you and they may be:
- Delivery with other express courier
- Delivery with shipment insured
These requests can be considered at any time, but in every case our politics are oriented to the customer satisfaction.
These operations have always an additional cost and are totally at your own risk.
